Raqamli Avlod (Z-Avlod) Xodimlarini Motivatsiyalash Muammolari

Abstract

Ushbu maqola hozirgi kunda kadrlar sohasining eng dolzarb muammolaridan biri bo‘lgan raqamliavlod (Z-avlod) xodimlarini motivatsiyalashda vujudga kelayotgan qiyinchiliklar va ularni hal etishga qaratilganzamonaviy tendensiya va yondashuvlarni ishlab chiqishga qaratilgan. Bunda Z-avlodning mehnat bozoridagi raqamlitransformatsion roli hamda ularning raqamli avlod sifatidagi o‘ziga xos xususiyatlari va qadriyatlarining an’anaviykadrlar siyosati bilan nomuvofiqlik jihatlari tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, ularni kompaniyada faqat ijrochi xodim sifatidaemas, balki innovatsion rivojlanishga hissa qo‘shuvchi xodim sifatida shakllantirish borasida amaliy takliflar beriladi.
