Abstract

Стремительное развитие цифровых финансовых технологий и рост безналичныхплатежей в Республике Узбекистан способствуют повышению доступности финансовых услуг, однакоодновременно создают новые риски для участников платежного рынка. Одним из существенныхпроявлений данных рисков выступает платежное мошенничество, масштабы которого сохраняюттенденцию к росту. В статье проведён комплексный анализ современного состояния мошенничествав платёжной системе Узбекистана, исследованы основные виды мошеннических схем, выполненсравнительный анализ ситуации в Казахстане, Кыргызстане и Грузии, изучены международные подходык противодействию платёжному мошенничеству. Особое внимание уделено совершенствованиюнормативно-правового регулирования, развитию антифрод-систем и внедрению технологийискусственного интеллекта в банковскую практику
