Abstract

Maqolada sun’iy intellekt (SI) texnologiyalarining iqtisodiyot va ta’lim tizimiga jadalintegratsiyalashuvi sharoitida inson kapitalining innovatsion salohiyatini (IKIS) o‘lchash va baholashgaqaratilgan konseptual-ekonometrik model taklif etiladi. Tadqiqotning asosiy ilmiy muammosi shundan iboratki,an’anaviy inson kapitali ko‘rsatkichlari (ta’lim yillari, malaka darajasi) raqamli va sun’iy intellekt muhitidashaxsning yangilik yaratish, moslashish va metakognitiv boshqaruv qobiliyatlarini to‘liq aks ettira olmaydi. Mualliftomonidan inson kapitalining innovatsion salohiyati besh o‘lchovli kompozit indeks (bilim zaxirasi, raqamlikognitivkompetentlik, ijodiy-tadqiqiy faollik, adaptiv-metakognitiv qobiliyat hamda salomatlik va motivatsiya)sifatida operatsionallashtiriladi. Ekonometrik jihatdan model panel ma’lumotlar asosida qurilib, IKIS bilan SIintegratsiyasi indeksi (AII) o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro ta’sir (interaksiya) hadi orqali to‘ldiruvchilik (komplementarlik)gipotezasi sinab ko‘riladi
