Abstract

Bugungi kunda mashinasozlikda turli ekspluatatsion sharoitlar uchun yirik gabaritli kompozitmateriallardan tayyorlangan texnologik jihozlarga bo‘lgan talab yuqori. Shu sababli ularni ishlab chiqarishdaqo‘llaniladigan texnik vositalar va texnologiyalarni takomillashtirish, modernizatsiya qilish hamda yuqori sifatlipaxta tolasini olish uchun energiya va resurslarni tejovchi vositalarni qo‘llashga alohida e’tibor qaratilmoqda.Ushbu maqolada paxta sanoatida paxta tolalarini mayda iflosliklardan tozalash jarayonida titish barabaniqoziqchalarini ishlab chiqarishda qo‘llaniladigan zamonaviy materiallar tahlili, shuningdek, ushbu detallarningkonstruksiyalarini takomillashtirish bo‘yicha bugungi kungacha olib borilgan tadqiqotlar natijalari ko‘rib chiqilgan.Shuningdek, titish barabani qoziqchalarining paxta tolalari bilan ishqalanishini kamaytirish va tolalarningjarohatlanishini oldini olish maqsadida yangi tarkibli ko‘p funksiyali reaktoplast asosli polimer materiallar bilanbaraban yuzasini qoplash hamda quyma detalli qoziqchalarni qo‘llash taklif etilgan
