Abstract

Mazkur maqolada korxonalar eksport faoliyatini boshqarishda innovatsion moliyaviyinstrumentlardan foydalanish samaradorligini oshirishning nazariy-uslubiy va amaliy jihatlari tadqiq etiladi.Jahon iqtisodiyotida globallashuv jarayonlarining jadallashuvi, xalqaro bozorlarda raqobatning kuchayishihamda eksport operatsiyalari bilan bog‘liq moliyaviy tavakkalchiliklarning ortib borishi korxonalarningzamonaviy moliyaviy mexanizmlardan samarali foydalanishini taqozo etmoqda. Tadqiqotda eksport faoliyatinimoliyalashtirish va boshqarishda faktoring, forfeyting, eksport krediti, eksport sug‘urtasi, akkreditiv, bankkafolatlari, savdo moliyalashtirish platformalari, raqamli moliyaviy texnologiyalar (FinTech), blokcheyn asosidagihisob-kitob tizimlari hamda ta’minot zanjiri moliyalashtirish kabi innovatsion moliyaviy instrumentlarning iqtisodiymohiyati va boshqaruv samaradorligiga ta’siri tahlil qilinadi.
