Raqamli Transformatsiya Sharoitida Aloqa Korxonalarining Raqobatbardoshligini Oshirish Yo‘Llari

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada raqamli transformatsiya sharoitida aloqa korxonalariningraqobatbardoshligini oshirish masalalari yoritilgan. Maqolada aloqa va axborotlashtirish xizmatlaritarkibidagi o‘zgarishlar, telekommunikatsiya xizmatlari ulushi, raqamli xizmatlarga bo‘lgan talabning ortishihamda innovatsion texnologiyalarni joriy etish zarurati tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, aloqa korxonalaridaraqamli infratuzilmani modernizatsiya qilish, 4G/5G tarmoqlarini kengaytirish, Big Data, sun’iy intellekt,CRM tizimlari va masofaviy xizmat ko‘rsatish imkoniyatlaridan foydalanish raqobatbardoshliknioshirishning muhim yo‘nalishlari sifatida asoslangan. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, aloqa korxonalariningraqobat ustunligi xizmat sifati, tezkorlik, innovatsion xizmatlar portfeli va mijozlar ehtiyojiga moslashishdarajasi bilan belgilanadi.
