Abstract

Ushbu maqolada raqamli texnologiyalarning ipoteka kreditlash jarayonini optimallashtirishmexanizmlariga ta’siri ilmiy-nazariy jihatdan tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot adabiyotlar tahlili va muallifning ilmiyyondashuvlari asosida olib borilib, sun’iy intellekt, blokcheyn texnologiyasi, katta ma’lumotlar (Big Data)va avtomatlashtirilgan qaror qabul qilish tizimlari kabi zamonaviy raqamli vositalarning ipoteka bozorinitransformatsiya qilishdagi o‘rni o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, raqamli texnologiyalarnijoriy etish ipoteka kreditlashda risklarni baholash sifatini oshiradi, tranzaksiya xarajatlarini kamaytiradi hamdamijozlarga xizmat ko‘rsatish samaradorligini sezilarli darajada yaxshilaydi
