O‘Zbekiston Tijorat Banklarida Qimmatli Qog‘Ozlar Bilan Operatsiyalarni Takomillashtirish: Holat Tahlili Va Tavsiyalar

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekiston tijorat banklarida qimmatli qog‘ozlar bilan operatsiyalarning2020–2025-yillardagi rivojlanish dinamikasi empirik jihatdan tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda qimmatli qog‘ozlarportfelining o‘sishi va makroiqtisodiy ko‘rsatkichlar o‘rtasidagi korrelyatsion bog‘liqlik baholanib, broker-dilerlikfaoliyati, anderrayting xizmatlari hamda investitsion portfelni boshqarishning amaldagi holati yoritilgan. Olingannatijalar asosida institutsional islohotlar, raqamli modernizatsiya va risk-menejment tizimini takomillashtirishbo‘yicha kompleks tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, qimmatli qog‘ozlar portfeli yalpiichki mahsulot o‘sishiga nisbatan 1,5 barobar tezroq rivojlanmoqda, bu esa moliyaviy chuqurlashuv jarayoniningjadallashayotganini anglatadi. Shu bilan birga, ikkilamchi bozor likvidligini oshirish, derivativlar bozorini bosqichmabosqichrivojlantirish va institutsional investorlar bazasini kengaytirish muhim vazifalar sifatida belgilandi
