Abstract

Mazkur maqolada fuqarolar murojaatlari ma’lumotlari asosida hududlarning ijtimoiy-iqtisodiyrivojlanish darajasini baholashning zamonaviy yondashuvlari tadqiq etilgan. Tadqiqotda fuqarolar murojaatlarihududlarda uchrayotgan dolzarb masalalar, aholining ehtiyojlari hamda davlat va mahalliy boshqaruv organlarifaoliyati samaradorligini aks ettiruvchi muhim axborot manbai sifatida qaralgan. Maqolada murojaatlar ma’lumotlariniyig‘ish, tizimlashtirish va tahlil qilishning zamonaviy usullari, jumladan, raqamli texnologiyalar, katta ma’lumotlar (BigData) tahlili va sun’iy intellekt imkoniyatlaridan foydalanish masalalari yoritilgan. Shuningdek, fuqarolar murojaatlariasosida hududlarning ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy holatini baholash indikatorlari takomillashtirilib, mahalliy boshqaruv qarorlariniqabul qilish samaradorligini oshirishga qaratilgan amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari hududiyrivojlanishni monitoring qilish, e’tibor talab qiluvchi yo‘nalishlarni aniqlash hamda davlat boshqaruvi organlariningaholiga yo‘naltirilgan faoliyatini takomillashtirishda muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi.
