Abstract

Infratuzilma investitsiyalarining aholi farovonligiga ta’sirini baholashning nazariy-uslubiyasoslari tizimlashtirilgan. Infratuzilmaning iqtisodiy mazmuni, investitsiyalarning aholi farovonligiga ta’sirmexanizmlari, shuningdek, baholashning asosiy yondashuvlari — farovonlik iqtisodiyoti (Welfare Economics),Inson taraqqiyoti indeksi (HDI) metodologiyasi hamda Propensity Score Matching (PSM) usuli ilmiy jihatdan tahlilqilingan. O‘zbekistonning 14 ta hududi kesimida transport, energetika va ijtimoiy infratuzilmaga yo‘naltirilganinvestitsiyalar hamda farovonlik ko‘rsatkichlari o‘rtasidagi bog‘liqlik 2015–2024-yillar uchun shakllantirilganpanel ma’lumotlar asosida aniqlangan. Tadqiqot natijalari infratuzilma investitsiyalarining aholi farovonligigata’siri hududlar kesimida bir xil emasligini, shuningdek, shaharlashgan va qishloq hududlari o‘rtasida multiplikativsamara darajasida sezilarli tafovutlar mavjudligini ko‘rsatadi.
