Abstract

Maqolada sun’iy intellekt (SI) texnologiyalarining mehnat unumdorligi va ishchi kuchimobilligiga ta’siri nazariy va amaliy jihatdan tahlil qilingan. SI vositalarining ish jarayonlarini avtomatlashtirish,mehnatni kuchaytirish, xodimlar malakasini oshirish va mehnat bozorida kasbiy harakatchanlikni faollashtirishdagiroli ochib berilgan. Jahon iqtisodiy forumi, Xalqaro mehnat tashkiloti, MakKinzi global instituti va Stenforduniversitetining 2025-yildagi hisobotlari ma’lumotlari asosida SI joriy etilishining iqtisodiy samaralari va ijtimoiyxatarlari baholangan. O‘zbekistonda sun’iy intellekt texnologiyalarini 2030-yilgacha rivojlantirish strategiyasidoirasida inson kapitalini rivojlantirish va mehnat bozorini raqamli transformatsiyaga moslashtirish bo‘yichailmiy-amaliy takliflar ishlab chiqilgan.
