Abstract

В статье рассмотрены цифровые навыки как фактор конкурентоспособности женскихкадров на промышленных предприятиях Республики Узбекистан в условиях цифровой трансформации.Предложена четырёхуровневая модель цифровых компетенций — от базовой цифровой грамотностидо владения передовыми технологиями Industry 4.0 — адаптированная к специфике индустриальногосектора. Выявлены основные барьеры, ограничивающие развитие цифровых компетенций женскихкадров, и предложены меры по их преодолению с указанием ответственных институтов. Особое вниманиеуделено роли IT Park Uzbekistan и партнёрству между промышленными предприятиями и техническимиуниверситетами. Полученные результаты могут быть использованы при разработке государственныхпрограмм переобучения и корпоративных HR-стратегий
