Методы Анализа Цифровизации В Региональной Экономике

Abstract

Цифровая трансформация выступает одним из ключевых факторов экономического роста ипространственного развития, однако её эффекты распределяются между регионами крайне неравномерно. Встатье систематизированы количественные и качественные методы анализа цифровизации применительно кмезоуровню экономики. На основе сравнительного обзора методологического инструментария — индексныхметодов, корреляционно-регрессионного анализа, кластеризации, факторного анализа, пространственнойэконометрики и оценки эффективности — предложена многоэтапная аналитическая схема, объединяющаяизмерение, типологизацию и объяснение межрегиональной дифференциации. Результаты иллюстрируютсяна условном массиве данных по группе регионов. Показано, что ни один отдельный метод не даёт полнойкартины: измерение уровня цифровизации, оценка её влияния на экономические показатели и выявлениепространственных взаимосвязей требуют комбинирования взаимодополняющих подходов. Сделан выводо приоритете интегральных индикаторов в связке с пространственным анализом для задач региональнойэкономической политики.
