Abstract

Agrosanoat majmuasida kooperativ-integratsion tuzilmalar rivojlanishining zamonaviy holatitahlil qilingan. Integratsiya jarayonining ijobiy va salbiy jihatlari aniqlanib, integratsiya tipidagi tashkilotlarnitashkil etish hamda ularning samarali faoliyat yuritishini rag‘batlantirishga qaratilgan chora-tadbirlar asoslangan.Agrosanoat birlashmalari ishtirokchilarining optimal tarkibi belgilangan hamda ularni shakllantirish jarayonidaamalga oshiriladigan tashkiliy-iqtisodiy tadbirlar ko‘rib chiqilgan. Tarmoqlararo birlashuv yoki shartnomaviyintegratsiya asosida, mahsulot tamoyiliga muvofiq tashkil etiladigan kooperativ-integratsion tuzilmalarningasosiy shakllari tavsiflangan.
