Abstract

Рассмотрены современные подходы к совершенствованию организационно-экономическогомеханизма управления энергетическими предприятиями в условиях развития рыночных отношений и цифровизацииэкономики. Исследованы теоретические и практические аспекты повышения эффективности управленияпредприятиями энергетической отрасли, а также факторы, определяющие устойчивость и результативностьих деятельности. Особое внимание уделено совершенствованию организационной структуры управления,оптимизации бизнес-процессов, развитию системы корпоративного менеджмента и внедрению современныхцифровых технологий. Обоснована необходимость комплексного применения организационных и экономическихинструментов управления, направленных на повышение эффективности использования ресурсов, снижениеиздержек и укрепление конкурентоспособности энергетических предприятий. Установлено, что совершенствованиеорганизационно-экономического механизма управления способствует обеспечению устойчивого развитияпредприятий энергетической отрасли и повышению их адаптивности к изменениям внешней среды.
