Abstract

Ushbu maqola O‘zbekistonda qishloq xo‘jaligi mahsulotlari ishlab chiqaruvchilarni sug‘urtamexanizmlari orqali moliyalashtirishning dolzarb masalalari, tizimdagi mavjud muammolar va ularningyechimlariga bag‘ishlangan. Tadqiqotning asosiy maqsadi iqlim o‘zgarishlari va global iqtisodiy beqarorliksharoitida agrar sektorni moliyaviy qo‘llab-quvvatlashda sug‘urta instrumentlarining rolini baholash hamdaularni takomillashtirish bo‘yicha ilmiy asoslangan takliflar ishlab chiqishdan iborat. Tadqiqot metodologiyasisifat va miqdoriy tahlil, qiyosiy o‘rganish hamda statistik ma’lumotlarni modellashtirish usullariga asoslangan.Tahlillar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, 2025-yil holatiga ko‘ra O‘zbekistonda agrar sug‘urta bozori jadal o‘sish dinamikasininamoyish etib, umumiy sug‘urta bozori hajmi sezilarli o‘sgan bo‘lsa-da, bevosita qishloq xo‘jaligini qamrab olishko‘rsatkichlari hamon potensialdan past darajada qolmoqda. Maqolada yangi tashkil etilgan Qishloq xo‘jaligisug‘urtasi jamg‘armasi va 2026-yildan kuchga kiradigan majburiy sug‘urta mexanizmlarining kutilayotganiqtisodiy samaralari chuqur tahlil qilinadi
