Abstract

Mazkur maqolada innovatsion iqtisodiyot sharoitida oliy ta’lim xizmatlarini samarali tashkiletish masalalariga alohida e’tibor qaratilgan. Mamlakatimizning intellektual salohiyatini yanada oshirishda oliyta’lim tizimini isloh qilish, uni innovatsion rivojlanish yo‘liga yo‘naltirish muhim ahamiyat kasb etishi asoslabberilgan. Shuningdek, oliy ta’limni yanada rivojlantirishda o‘quv rejalarining o‘quv-amaliy tarkibiy qismlari sifatinioshirish, o‘qitishning zamonaviy shakl va usullarini joriy etish, mavjud oliy ta’lim tizimini takomillashtirish hamdatransformatsiya qilish zarurligi yoritilgan
