Abstract

Maqolada investitsiya muhiti raqobatbardoshligini oshirish masalasi xorijiy davlatlar amaliyotinisolishtirma tahlil qilish metodi asosida o‘rganilgan. Singapur, Irlandiya, Argentina, Xitoy va Birlashgan ArabAmirliklari misolida raqobatbardosh investitsiya muhitini ta’minlashning har bir mamlakatga xos mexanizmlari ochibberilgan. Tadqiqotning empirik asosini to‘g‘ridan-to‘g‘ri xorijiy investitsiyalarning yalpi ichki mahsulotga nisbatan sofkirish ko‘rsatkichlari tashkil etadi. Mazkur ma’lumotlar investitsiya muhitini miqdoriy va sifat jihatidan baholashimkonini bergan. Xorijiy tajribani o‘rganish jarayoni mavjud metodlarni ko‘r-ko‘rona ko‘chirish emas, balki ularnimilliy iqtisodiy shart-sharoitlarni inobatga olgan holda moslashtirish tamoyiliga asoslanadi. Maqolada O‘zbekistonuchun xorijiy modellarni adaptatsiya qilishning amaliy yo‘nalishlari belgilanib, tegishli taklif va tavsiyalar ishlabchiqilgan.
