Abstract

So‘nggi yillarda O‘zbekiston iqtisodiyotida yuz berayotgan raqamli transformatsiya jarayonlarixizmatlar sohasining barcha bo‘g‘inlariga, ayniqsa, aloqa va axborotlashtirish xizmatlari tizimiga sezilarli ta’sirko‘rsatayotganligiga alohida e’tibor qaratilgan. Aloqa va axborotlashtirish xizmatlari oddiy ma’lumot uzatishyoki internetdan foydalanish jarayoni bilangina cheklanmaydi; u iqtisodiyot tarmoqlari, davlat boshqaruvi,tadbirkorlik, ta’lim, savdo, turizm, moliyaviy xizmatlar hamda aholining kundalik hayoti bilan uzviy bog‘langanmuhim infratuzilmaviy tizim sifatida namoyon bo‘ladi. Shu ma’noda, aloqa va axborotlashtirish xizmatlarihududiy iqtisodiyotning raqamli rivojlanishi, axborot almashinuvi tezkorligi, elektron xizmatlar sifati va aholiningraqamli faolligini ta’minlaydigan asosiy omillardan biri hisoblanadi
