Abstract

Mazkur maqolada banklarda sug‘urta faoliyatini raqamli transformatsiya qilishning nazariyva amaliy jihatlari tadqiq etilgan. Raqamli texnologiyalar, sun’iy intellekt, katta ma’lumotlar (Big Data), mobililovalar va onlayn platformalarning sug‘urta xizmatlarini ko‘rsatish samaradorligiga ta’siri tahlil qilingan.Shuningdek, bank va sug‘urta kompaniyalari o‘rtasidagi hamkorlikni rivojlantirish, mijozlarga qulay va tezkorxizmatlar ko‘rsatish hamda raqamli sug‘urta mahsulotlarini joriy etishning ustuvor yo‘nalishlari yoritilgan.Tadqiqot natijasida banklarda sug‘urta faoliyatini raqamlashtirishni takomillashtirish bo‘yicha ilmiy-amaliytavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
