Abstract

Ushbu maqolada davlat ishtirokidagi korxonalarda (DIK) raqamli transformatsiyaning investitsiyasamaradorligiga ta’siri nazariy va empirik jihatdan o‘rganiladi. Tadqiqot natijasi sifatida raqamli transformatsiyaning haddanortiq investitsiya (overinvestment) hamda yetarli darajada investitsiya qilmaslik (underinvestment) muammolariga ta’siriniizohlash uchun konseptual model va bir nechta gipotezalar ishlab chiqildi. Ushbu gipotezalarni tekshirish maqsadida panelma’lumotlarga asoslangan ikki tomonlama qat’iy ta’sirlar (two-way fixed effects) regressiya modeli taklif etiladi. Xalqaroempirik tadqiqotlar — xususan, Xitoy, Yevropa va Markaziy Osiyo mamlakatlari bo‘yicha 2012–2024-yillar oralig‘idagima’lumotlar — tahlil qilinib, raqamli transformatsiya indeksining investitsiya samaradorligiga statistik jihatdan sezilarli ijobiyta’sir ko‘rsatishi aniqlandi. Axborot assimetriyasini kamaytirish, moliyaviy cheklovlarni yumshatish va agentlik xarajatlariniqisqartirish raqamli transformatsiya ta’sirining uchta asosiy kanali sifatida belgilandi. O‘zbekiston uchun qiyosiy tahlil vasiyosat tavsiyalari ham keltirilgan.
