Abstract

tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda moliya bozori iqtisodiyotning muhim tarkibiy qismi sifatida qaralib, uning asosiy vazifalari — bo‘sh moliyaviy resurslarni safarbar etish, investitsiya jarayonlarini faollashtirish, kapitalni samarali taqsimlash hamda iqtisodiy subyektlar o‘rtasidagi moliyaviy oqimlarni muvozanatlashtirishkabi jihatlar yoritilgan. Shuningdek, moliya bozorining rivojlanish darajasi bilan iqtisodiy o‘sish sur’atlario‘rtasidagi o‘zaro bog‘liqlik nazariy va empirik yondashuvlar asosida ko‘rib chiqilgan. Maqolada J. Shumpeter,R. Goldsmit, R. Levin va S. Zervos kabi iqtisodchi olimlarning ilmiy qarashlari tahlil qilinib, moliya sektorininginnovatsiyalarni moliyalashtirish, investitsiyalar hajmini oshirish va iqtisodiy samaradorlikni kuchaytirishdagiroli asoslab berilgan. Shuningdek, McKinnon–Shaw moliyaviy liberallashtirish nazariyasining asosiy g‘oyalariyoritilib, moliya bozorlarini erkinlashtirishning iqtisodiy o‘sishga ijobiy ta’siri ko‘rsatib berilgan. O‘zbekistondamoliya bozorini modernizatsiya qilish, kapital bozorini rivojlantirish va raqamli moliyaviy texnologiyalarni joriyetish borasida amalga oshirilayotgan islohotlar iqtisodiy o‘sishni qo‘llab-quvvatlashga xizmat qilmoqda. Shubilan birga, ayrim segmentlarning yetarli darajada rivojlanmagani ushbu yo‘nalishda qo‘shimcha ilmiy-amaliytadqiqotlar olib borish zarurligini ko‘rsatadi.
