Abstract

Maqolada iqtisodiy barqarorlikni ta’minlashda eksport operatsiyalarini moliyaviy qo‘llabquvvatlashmexanizmlarini takomillashtirishning nazariy-uslubiy va amaliy jihatlari tadqiq etilgan. Eksportoldimoliyalashtirish, eksport kreditlarini sug‘urtalash, kafolat va kompensatsiya instrumentlari, transport hamdasertifikatsiya xarajatlarini qisman qoplash, faktoring va forfeyting operatsiyalari eksportchi korxonalarningaylanma mablag‘lari uzluksizligini ta’minlovchi yagona moliyaviy ekotizim sifatida talqin qilingan. Tadqiqotdaeksportni moliyalashtirish vositalari faqat tashqi savdo aylanmasini oshirish vositasi emas, balki valyutatushumlari barqarorligi, ishlab chiqarish zanjirlarining uzluksizligi, bank tizimi likvidligi va makroiqtisodiymuvozanatga ta’sir etuvchi institutsional mexanizm ekani asoslangan. Eksport operatsiyalarini moliyaviyqo‘llab-quvvatlashning maqsadli, natijaga yo‘naltirilgan va riskka moslashtirilgan modeli taklif etilgan
