Janubiy Koreya Tajribasida Chiqindilarni Boshqarishda Epr Tizimi Va Raqamli Yechimlarning O‘Rni

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada Janubiy Koreya Respublikasi tajribasi asosida chiqindilarni boshqarish sektoridaaylanma iqtisodiyotni rivojlantirishning moliyaviy va institutsional mexanizmlari tahlil qilingan. Xususan, kengaytirilganishlab chiqaruvchi mas’uliyati (EPR) tizimi, hajmga asoslangan chiqindi to‘lovi (Volume-Based Waste Fee System), ishlabchiqaruvchilar mas’uliyati tashkilotlari (PRO), KORA agentligi faoliyati hamda RFID va IoT texnologiyalariga asoslanganraqamli monitoring tizimlarining o‘rni yoritilgan. Shuningdek, ushbu tajribalarni O‘zbekiston sharoitida qo‘llash bo‘yichatakliflar ishlab chiqilgan.
