Abstract

Maqolada zamonaviy iqtisodiyot sharoitida korxonalar va tashkilotlar faoliyatini samaralitashkil etishda moslashuvchan menejment (Agile Management) konsepsiyasining ahamiyati tadqiq etilgan.Raqamli transformatsiya, global raqobat va iste’molchilar talablarining tez o‘zgarishi sharoitida an’anaviyboshqaruv usullarining ayrim sharoitlarda yetarli darajada moslashuvchan emasligi asoslab berilgan.Moslashuvchan menejmentning asosiy tamoyillari, jumladan, tezkor qaror qabul qilish, mijozga yo‘naltirilganlik,jamoaviy hamkorlik va uzluksiz takomillashtirish jarayonlari tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, ushbu yondashuvningsifat menejmenti tizimlari, xususan, ISO 9001 standartlari bilan integratsiyalashuv imkoniyatlari o‘rganilgan.Tadqiqotda moslashuvchan boshqaruv usullarining korxonalarda sifat ko‘rsatkichlari, innovatsion faoliyat vaoperatsion samaradorlikka ta’siri yoritilgan. Xorijiy va mahalliy olimlarning ilmiy qarashlari asosida moslashuvchanmenejmentning sifat boshqaruvidagi strategik o‘rni baholangan. Natijada tashkilotlarda raqobatbardoshliknioshirish va sifat menejmenti tizimini takomillashtirish bo‘yicha ilmiy-amaliy xulosalar shakllantirilgan
