Abstract

Mazkur maqolada ta’lim muassasalarida liderlik samaradorligining nazariy-metodologikasoslari tahlil qilingan. Ta’lim tizimida rahbarlik faoliyatining mazmuni, liderlik tushunchasining ilmiy talqinlarihamda samarali liderlikni shakllantiruvchi omillar yoritilgan. Shuningdek, zamonaviy ta’lim muassasalarida liderliksamaradorligini baholash mezonlari, boshqaruv jarayonlarida innovatsion yondashuvlardan foydalanishningahamiyati va pedagogik jamoani boshqarishda liderlik kompetensiyalarining o‘rni ochib berilgan. Tadqiqotdavomida tizimli, qiyosiy va tahliliy metodlardan foydalanilib, ta’lim muassasalarida liderlik samaradorliginioshirishga qaratilgan nazariy xulosalar hamda amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari ta’limboshqaruvi samaradorligini oshirish, rahbarlarning kasbiy kompetensiyalarini rivojlantirish va ta’lim sifatiniyuksaltirishga xizmat qiladi
