Методологические Подходы К Агрегированию Разрозненных Данных В Эконометрических Исследованиях

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются методологические подходы к агрегированию разрозненныхи фрагментированных данных при проведении эконометрических исследований региональногоуровня. Обосновывается необходимость предварительной гармонизации классификаторов, единицизмерения и временных рядов до построения регрессионных моделей. На основе открытых данныхАгентства статистики Республики Узбекистан, рейтинга Open Data Inventory (ODIN) и публикацийЕБРР и Всемирного банка проанализированы типовые источники несопоставимости региональнойстатистики. Предложена пошаговая схема агрегирования, включающая инвентаризацию источников,построение таблиц соответствия классификаторов, диагностику механизма пропуска данных и контрольсуммируемости показателей по иерархии «район — область — страна». Сформулированы практическиерекомендации для органов региональной статистики и исследователей, работающих с панельнымиданными переходных экономик.
