To‘Qimachilik Sanoati Korxonalarining Moliyaviy Barqarorligini Ta’Minlash Mexanizmlari

Abstract

To‘qimachilik sanoati mamlakat iqtisodiyotining muhim tarmoqlaridan biri bo‘lib, uningbarqaror rivojlanishi uchun zamonaviy boshqaruv yondashuvlari zarur. Ushbu ilmiy ishda to‘qimachilikkorxonalarida strategik menejment tizimini shakllantirish va samarali joriy etish masalalari o‘rganiladi.Tahlillar asosida korxonalarning ichki va tashqi muhitda raqobatbardoshligini ta’minlash, innovatsionyondashuvlarni joriy qilish va uzoq muddatli rivojlanish strategiyalarini ishlab chiqishning amaliy jihatlariyoritiladi. Shuningdek, strategik rejalashtirish, monitoring va baholash bosqichlarining samarali tashkil etilishikorxonaning iqtisodiy barqarorligini oshirishga xizmat qilishi asoslab beriladi. Tadqiqot davomida ilg‘or xorijiytajribalar tahlil qilinib, ular asosida milliy sharoitga mos strategik menejment modeli ishlab chiqiladi. Mazkurish natijalari to‘qimachilik sohasidagi menejerlar, tadqiqotchilar hamda siyosat yurituvchilar uchun nazariy vaamaliy ahamiyatga ega.
