Abstract

Ushbu maqolada xalqaro kompaniyalar va transmilliy korporatsiyalarning (TMK) zamonaviyglobal iqtisodiyotdagi oʻrni, ularning anʼanaviy monopolistik birlashmalardan (kartel, sindikat, trest) farqlijihatlari tahlil qilinadi. Milliy kompaniyalarning xalqaro darajaga koʻtarilishini ragʻbatlantiruvchi asosiy iqtisodiyomillar, tashqi iqtisodiy faoliyatning evolyutsion bosqichlari (bir martalik bitimlardan to TMK shakllanishigacha)va Oʻzbekiston Respublikasining xalqaro shartnomalarni tartibga solishdagi institutsional tizimi yoritilgan.Shuningdek, kompaniyalarning qoʻshilishi strategiyalari va transmilliylashuv indeksini hisoblash metodologiyasiamaliy jihatdan asoslab berilgan
