Moliyalashtiriladigan Loyihalar Investitsiya Portfelining Mahsuldorligi Tahlili

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada investitsiya portfeli samaradorligini baholash jarayonida belgilanganxususiyatlarga ega bo‘lgan yangi sifatdagi investitsiyalarni shakllantirish masalalari hamda minimal xavfva belgilangan likvidlik darajasida talab etiladigan rentabellikka erishish imkoniyatlari tadqiq etilgan. Portfelrentabelligini baholashda mablag‘larni joylashtirish yoki qaytarib olish vaqti muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi. Agarushbu operatsiyalar tahlil qilinayotgan davr yakunlanishidan oldin amalga oshirilsa, rentabellikni hisoblashportfelning yakuniy bozor qiymatini tegishli ravishda tuzatish orqali amalga oshirilishi lozim. Xususan, mablag‘kiritilganda yakuniy qiymat depozit summasiga kamaytiriladi, mablag‘ yechib olinganda esa yechilgan summagaoshiriladi. Shuningdek, maqolada investitsiya portfeli samaradorligini baholash ko‘rsatkichlarini aniqlashva hisoblash usullari, investorlar uchun investitsiya obyektlarining jozibadorligini baholashda uchraydiganmuammolar hamda ularni bartaraf etish bo‘yicha muallifning ilmiy yondashuvlari va amaliy takliflari keltirilgan
