Abstract

Ushbu maqolada turizm xizmatlari samaradorligini oshirishda raqamli texnologiyalarning,xususan, virtual reallik (VR) va kengaytirilgan reallik (AR) texnologiyalarining o‘rni hamda ahamiyati ilmiy jihatdantahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot davomida VR va AR texnologiyalarining turizm sohasida qo‘llanilish yo‘nalishlari, ularningsayyohlar xulq-atvori, qaror qabul qilish jarayoni, xizmatlar sifati va turistik korxonalarning raqobatbardoshligigata’siri o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari mazkur texnologiyalar turistik xizmatlarni diversifikatsiya qilish, mijozlartajribasini boyitish hamda soha samaradorligini oshirishda muhim omil ekanligini ko‘rsatadi.
