Abstract

Ushbu maqolada raqamli platformalar asosida turizm xizmatlarini rivojlantirishning innovatsionmexanizmlari iqtisodiy va texnologik yondashuvlar kesimida tahlil qilinadi. Raqamli iqtisodiyot sharoitida turizmsohasi an’anaviy xizmat ko‘rsatish modelidan interaktiv, ma’lumotlarga asoslangan va mijoz ehtiyojlarigamoslashuvchan xizmatlar tizimiga o‘tmoqda. Tadqiqotda onlayn bronlash tizimlari, mobil ilovalar, elektronto‘lovlar, sun’iy intellekt, Big Data, geolokatsiya xizmatlari, virtual turlar va raqamli marketing vositalariningturizm xizmatlari sifatiga ta’siri yoritiladi. Shuningdek, raqamli platformalar orqali turistik mahsulotlarnidiversifikatsiya qilish, xizmat ko‘rsatish tezkorligini oshirish, iste’molchi tajribasini individuallashtirish va hududiyturizm salohiyatini iqtisodiy muomalaga kiritish imkoniyatlari ochib beriladi. Maqolada raqamli platformalarningturizm korxonalari raqobatbardoshligini kuchaytirish, xarajatlarni optimallashtirish hamda ichki va tashqi turistikoqimlarni boshqarishdagi o‘rni asoslab beriladi.
