Abstract

Ushbu maqolada oziq-ovqat sanoati korxonalarida boshqaruv samaradorligini oshirishning innovatsionyo‘llari O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Prezidentining farmon va qarorlari asosida tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda raqamli transformatsiya,Lean va Kaizen menejment metodologiyalari, klasterli integratsiya va inson kapitalini rivojlantirish innovatsion usullarisifatida ko‘rib chiqilib, ularning amaliy samaradorligi statistik ma’lumotlar, jadvallar va grafiklar yordamida isbotlanadi. Harbir innovatsion yo‘nalish bo‘yicha huquqiy asoslar ko‘rsatilib, amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqiladi
