Vertikal Integratsiyalashgan Bank Tuzilmasini “Yagona Mfo” Texnologiyasi Asosida Transformatsiya Qilish Sxemasi

Abstract

Mazkur ilmiy tadqiqot ishida tijorat banklari tizimining vertikal integratsiyalashgan tashkiliy tuzilmasini “YagonaMFO” innovatsion texnologiyasi asosida muvaffaqiyatli transformatsiya qilish masalalari chuqur o‘rganilgan.Tadqiqot jarayoni davomida bankning bosh ofisi, hududiy bo‘linmalari, qator filiallari hamda zamonaviy xizmatko‘rsatish ofislari o‘rtasidagi axborot almashinuvi va ta’sirchan boshqaruv mexanizmlari ijobiy nuqtai nazardantahlil qilindi. “Yagona MFO” texnologiyasining muhim bank operatsiyalarini markazlashtirish, tizimli ma’lumotlaroqimini maqbullashtirish hamda aholiga xizmat ko‘rsatish samaradorligini yuksaltirishdagi beqiyos ahamiyatiishonchli asoslab berildi. Shuningdek, bankning eng zamonaviy raqamli infratuzilmasiga to‘liq mos keluvchivertikal integratsiyalashgan boshqaruv sxemasi muvaffaqiyatli ishlab chiqildi. Ushbu tadqiqot natijalari banktizimida iqtisodiy operatsion xarajatlarni samarali kamaytirish, strategik boshqaruv samaradorligini oshirish vayuz minglab mijozlarga xizmat ko‘rsatish sifatini eng yuqori darajada yaxshilashga o‘zining munosib hissasiniqo‘shadi.
