Abstract

Mazkur maqolada tijorat banklarining investitsiya va kredit salohiyatini shakllantirish hamda samaraliboshqarishning nazariy-uslubiy asoslari yoritilgan. Tijorat banklarning kapitali, depozit bazasi, kredit portfeli, likvidlik,risklarni boshqarish, investitsiya faoliyati va raqamli texnologiyalar bank salohiyatini belgilovchi asosiy omillar sifatidatahlil qilindi. Tijorat banklarining moliyaviy resurslarini samarali boshqarish, kredit portfeli sifatini oshirish va investitsionfaolligini kuchaytirish hamda investitsiya va kredit potensialini oshirishga ta’sir etuvchi omillar aniqlanib, banklarninguzoq muddatli resurs bazasini kengaytirish, kreditlarni diversifikatsiya qilish, investitsiya portfelini optimallashtirish,ichki nazorat va stress-test amaliyotini kuchaytirish orqali moliyaviy barqarorlikni ta’minlash masalalari ko‘rib chiqildi.
