Abstract

Mazkur maqolada aksiyadorlik jamiyatlari kapitali manbalarini shakllantirishda o‘z vaqarz mablag‘lari nisbatining ahamiyati, moliyaviy leverij samarasining iqtisodiy mohiyati hamda uningqarz mablag‘larini boshqarishdagi o‘rni yoritilgan. Shuningdek, moliyaviy leverij samarasini aniqlashdafoydalaniladigan ko‘rsatkichlar va ularning ahamiyati tahlil qilingan. Xorijiy ilmiy adabiyotlarda moliyaviy leverijsamarasiga oid yondashuvlar o‘rganilib, ularni milliy amaliyotda qo‘llash imkoniyatlari bo‘yicha fikr-mulohazalarkeltirilgan. Bundan tashqari, qarz va o‘z kapitali o‘rtasidagi optimal nisbatni belgilashda moliyaviy leverijningsamarali darajasini ta’minlash yuzasidan ilmiy takliflar ishlab chiqilgan
