O‘Zbekistonda Raqamli Bank Xizmatlarini Takomillashtirishda Xorij Tajribasining Ahamiyati

Abstract

Oʻzbekiston bank tizimi soʻnggi yillarda raqamli xizmatlarni rivojlantirish yoʻnalishidasezilarli natijalarga erishdi. Biroq raqamlashtirishning yanada chuqur bosqichlariga oʻtish jarayonida xalqarotajribalarni oʻrganish va ularni milliy sharoitga moslashtirish muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi. Tadqiqot doirasida2017–2026-yillarda eʼlon qilingan ilmiy adabiyotlar, xalqaro tashkilotlar hisobotlari, markaziy banklar maʼlumotlarihamda bozor statistikasi qiyosiy tahlil qilindi. Braziliyaning Pix tezkor toʻlov tizimi, Hindistonning UPI raqamlitoʻlov infratuzilmasi, Qozogʻistonning Kaspi superilova ekotizimi, Buyuk Britaniya va Yevropa Ittifoqining ochiqbanking modeli hamda Malayziyaning islomiy raqamli moliya tajribasi oʻrganildi. Natijalar xorijiy tajribaningahamiyati tayyor yechimlarni bevosita joriy etishda emas, balki muvaffaqiyat omillari va amaliy tajribalarnimahalliy sharoitlarga moslashtirishda namoyon boʻlishini koʻrsatdi. Shuningdek, raqamli bank xizmatlarinirivojlantirishning ustuvor yoʻnalishlari hamda xorijiy tajribani baholashning amaliy mezonlari ishlab chiqildi.
