Abstract

Mazkur maqolada O‘zbekiston iqtisodiyotining muhim tarmog‘i hisoblangan qishloq xo‘jaligidayer va suv resurslaridan foydalanish samaradorligini belgilovchi omillar tizimli ravishda tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotdaiqlim o‘zgarishi sharoitida suv resurslari hajmidagi o‘zgarishlar, aholi sonining o‘sishi hamda agrar sektordaamalga oshirilayotgan institutsional islohotlarning yer va suv resurslaridan foydalanish samaradorligiga ta’sirio‘rganilgan. O‘zbekistonda yillik suv iste’moli o‘rtacha 51–53 mlrd kub metrni tashkil etib, uning 90 foizdan ortig‘iqishloq xo‘jaligi ehtiyojlariga yo‘naltirilishi qayd etilgan. Shu bilan birga, irrigatsiya tizimlarini modernizatsiya qilishva suv tejovchi texnologiyalarni keng joriy etish orqali suv resurslaridan foydalanish samaradorligini yanadaoshirish imkoniyatlari yoritilgan. Maqolada transchegaraviy daryolar oqimidagi o‘zgarishlar, suvdan foydalanishmadaniyati, investitsion muhit hamda boshqaruv mexanizmlarining samaradorlikka ta’siri baholangan.
