Abstract

Xizmatlar sohasida innovatsion faoliyatning nazariy modeli va ilmiy yondashuvlari tahlilqilingan. Xizmatlar sohasi zamonaviy iqtisodiyotning muhim tarkibiy qismi bo‘lib, unda innovatsiyalarraqobatbardoshlikni oshirish, xizmat sifati va samaradorlikni yaxshilashda asosiy omil hisoblanadi. Tadqiqotdainnovatsion faoliyatning kirish resurslari (inson kapitali, moliyaviy resurslar, texnologik infratuzilma),jarayon bosqichlari hamda natijaviy ko‘rsatkichlari tizimli ravishda yoritilgan. Shuningdek, tizimli, jarayonli,institutsional, bilimlarga asoslangan va mijozga yo‘naltirilgan yondashuvlar ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilingan.Raqamli texnologiyalar va global transformatsiya sharoitida xizmatlar sohasida innovatsion rivojlanishningahamiyati ortib borayotgani asoslab berilgan
