Abstract

Mazkur maqolada O‘zbekistonda elektron to‘lov tizimlarining rivojlanish tendensiyalari vaularning iste’molchilar xulq-atvoriga ta’siri tadqiq etilgan. Tadqiqotda O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Markaziy banki,Statistika agentligi hamda moliyaviy inklyuzivlik bo‘yicha o‘tkazilgan so‘rovnomalar ma’lumotlari asosida raqamlito‘lovlardan foydalanish dinamikasi tahlil qilindi. Tahlil natijalari elektron to‘lovlardan foydalanuvchilar ulushiningsezilarli darajada oshganligini, hududlar va ijtimoiy guruhlar kesimida esa muayyan tafovutlar mavjudliginiko‘rsatdi. Shuningdek, Uzcard, Humo, Click va Payme tizimlarining iste’molchilarning to‘lov odatlari, moliyaviyqaror qabul qilish jarayonlari hamda naqd pulsiz hisob-kitoblar ulushining oshishiga ta’siri baholandi. Tadqiqotyakunida elektron to‘lov infratuzilmasini rivojlantirish, moliyaviy savodxonlikni oshirish va kiberxavfsizliknikuchaytirishga qaratilgan amaliy takliflar ishlab chiqildi
