Ekologik Globallashuv Sharoitida Sog‘Lom Turmush Tarzini Takomillashtirish Zarurati

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada ekologik globallashuv sharoitida sog‘lom turmush tarzini takomillashtirishzarurati ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda globallashuv, urbanizatsiya, atrof-muhit ifloslanishi, oziqlanishodatlarining o‘zgarishi va jismoniy faollik darajasining pasayishi kabi omillarning inson salomatligiga ta’sirio‘rganildi. Adabiyotlar tahlili, qiyosiy tahlil va tizimli yondashuv metodlari asosida ekologik omillar bilansog‘lom turmush tarzi o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro bog‘liqlik baholandi. Tadqiqot natijalari urbanizatsiyaning jadallashuvi,yuqori kaloriyali oziq-ovqat mahsulotlari iste’molining ortishi va jismoniy faollikning kamayishi yuqumlibo‘lmagan kasalliklar xavfini oshirayotganligini ko‘rsatdi. Shuningdek, ekologik omillarning biologik moslashuvmexanizmlariga ta’siri, yallig‘lanish bilan bog‘liq genlar ekspressiyasidagi o‘zgarishlar hamda menarxe yoshiningpasayish tendensiyasi tahlil qilindi. Olingan natijalar sog‘lom ovqatlanish madaniyatini rivojlantirish, jismoniyfaollikni rag‘batlantirish, ekologik xavfsiz muhit yaratish va ekologik madaniyatni yuksaltirish sog‘lom turmushtarzini shakllantirishning muhim yo‘nalishlari ekanligini ko‘rsatdi. Tadqiqot xulosalari ekologik globallashuvningsalbiy ta’sirlarini kamaytirish va aholi salomatligini mustahkamlashga qaratilgan amaliy tavsiyalar ishlabchiqishga xizmat qiladi.
