Abstract

Mazkur maqolada aholini ijtimoiy himoyalash tizimini boshqarishning shakllanishi varivojlanishiga oid ilmiy-nazariy yondashuvlar tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot davomida klassik, Bismark, Beveridj,keynschilik, neoliberal, manzilli ijtimoiy himoya, inson kapitali, raqamli transformatsiya hamda islomiyyondashuvlarning mazmun-mohiyati va amaliy xususiyatlari qiyosiy o‘rganildi. Shuningdek, mazkurnazariyalarning ijtimoiy himoya tizimini moliyalashtirish, boshqarish mexanizmlari, qamrov darajasi va davlatningroli nuqtayi nazaridan o‘ziga xos jihatlari baholandi. Tadqiqot natijasida O‘zbekistonda aholini ijtimoiy himoyalashtizimini boshqarishda turli nazariy yondashuvlar elementlarining o‘zaro uyg‘unlashuvi kuzatilayotgani hamdamilliy modelning shakllanish tendensiyalari aniqlangan.
