Abstract

Maqolada G. Bekkerning inson kapitali nazariyasi va J. Barneyning resurslarga asoslanganyondashuvi sinteziga tayangan holda ishlab chiqilgan xodimning qiymat yaratish darajasini baholashningintegrallashgan modeli (Employee Value Creation Index, EVCI) yoritilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari zamonaviytashkilotlarda xodimning iqtisodiy qiymat yaratishdagi hissasini yanada to‘liq va kompleks baholash zarurliginiko‘rsatadi. Shu munosabat bilan taklif etilgan model mehnat unumdorligi, malaka, innovatsion faollik, barqarorlikva motivatsiya kabi muhim omillarni yagona tizimda uyg‘unlashtiradi hamda tarmoq xususiyatlarini hisobgaolgan holda sun’iy intellekt algoritmlari orqali dinamik aniqlanuvchi og‘irlik koeffitsiyentlaridan foydalanadi.1 600 nafar ishtirokchi ishtirokida o‘tkazilgan empirik aprobatsiya va “Tashkent Cotton Textile” korxonasidaamaliy joriy etish natijalari modelning yuqori samaradorligi va amaliy ahamiyatini namoyon etdi. Xususan, baholash aniqligining 20–25 foizga hamda mehnat unumdorligining 12–15 foizga oshishi kuzatildi. Olingannatijalar mazkur modelning inson resurslarini boshqarish tizimlarini takomillashtirish, xodimlar salohiyatiniyanada samarali ro‘yobga chiqarish va tashkilotlarda qiymat yaratish jarayonlarini rivojlantirish imkoniyatlarinikengaytirishini ko‘rsatadi.
