Abstract

Mazkur maqolada kichik biznes va xususiy tadbirkorlik korxonalari rivojlanishini ekonometrikmodellashtirishning nazariy, metodologik hamda amaliy jihatlari ilmiy asosda tadqiq etilgan. Mavzuningdolzarbligi O‘zbekiston iqtisodiyotida tadbirkorlik subyektlarining bandlikni ta’minlash, yalpi ichki mahsulothajmini oshirish, hududiy rivojlanishni jadallashtirish, innovatsion faollikni rag‘batlantirish va raqobat muhitinishakllantirishdagi muhim o‘rni bilan izohlanadi. Zamonaviy iqtisodiy sharoitda kichik biznes va xususiytadbirkorlikni qo‘llab-quvvatlashga qaratilgan Prezident farmonlari, “O‘zbekiston – 2030” strategiyasi, kichikva o‘rta biznesni jadal rivojlantirish bo‘yicha qabul qilingan me’yoriy-huquqiy hujjatlar hamda 2030-yilgachabelgilangan maqsadli ko‘rsatkichlar tadqiqotning normativ-huquqiy asosini tashkil etadi. Maqolada ekonometrikmodellashtirish korxonalar rivojlanishiga ta’sir etuvchi kapital, mehnat resurslari, kreditlar, investitsiyalar, soliqyuki, raqamli texnologiyalar, eksport salohiyati va institutsional muhit omillarining ta’sirini miqdoriy baholashningsamarali vositasi sifatida talqin etilgan. Shuningdek, ekonometrik modellar asosida tadbirkorlik subyektlarifaoliyatining rivojlanish tendensiyalarini aniqlash, prognozlash hamda boshqaruv qarorlarini qabul qilishimkoniyatlari yoritilgan.
