Abstract

Mazkur maqolada boshqaruv va menejment tushunchalarining nazariy asoslari, ularningvujudga kelishi va rivojlanish bosqichlari tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, boshqaruvning ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy mohiyati,jamiyat va tashkilotlar faoliyatidagi o‘rni, boshqaruv subyekti hamda obyektining o‘zaro munosabatlari yoritilgan.Menejmentning asosiy funksiyalari, tamoyillari va zamonaviy boshqaruv tizimidagi ahamiyati ilmiy manbalarasosida ochib berilgan. Tadqiqot natijalarida boshqaruvning tashkilot samaradorligini oshirish, resurslardanoqilona foydalanish hamda barqaror rivojlanishni ta’minlashdagi o‘rni asoslab berilgan
