Abstract

Mazkur maqolada oziq-ovqat sanoatida “circular economy” (aylanma iqtisodiyot) modelinirivojlantirishning nazariy va amaliy jihatlari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot davomida resurslardan samarali foydalanish,chiqindilarni qayta ishlash, ekologik xavfsizlikni ta’minlash hamda innovatsion texnologiyalarni joriy etishmasalalari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Shuningdek, rivojlangan davlatlar tajribasi asosida oziq-ovqat sanoatida aylanmaiqtisodiyot modelining samaradorligi baholangan va O‘zbekiston sharoitida uni takomillashtirish bo‘yicha takliflarishlab chiqilgan.
