Abstract

Рассмотрены современные тенденции развития ипотечного кредитования вкоммерческих банках Республики Узбекистан. Проведен анализ динамики ипотечных кредитов,исследованы механизмы государственной поддержки ипотечного рынка, а также выявлены основныепроблемы и перспективы дальнейшего развития ипотечного кредитования. Обоснована значимая рольипотечного кредитования в повышении доступности жилья для населения и стимулировании социально-экономического развития страны.
