Abstract

Ushbu maqolada zamonaviy korporativ boshqaruv tizimida raqamli platformalarning o‘rniva ularni joriy etishning strategik istiqbollari tadqiq etiladi. Tadqiqot davomida korporatsiyalarning operatsionjarayonlarini optimallashtirishda ERP, CRM va BI tizimlarining funksional imkoniyatlari qiyosiy tahlil qilindi.Maqolada raqamli platformalar nafaqat ma’lumotlarni yig‘ish vositasi, balki “Big Data” tahlili orqali strategikprognozlash va risklarni boshqarishning asosiy drayveri ekanligi asoslangan. Muallif tomonidan raqamlitransformatsiya jarayonida yuzaga keladigan kiberxavfsizlik tahdidlari va kadrlar malakasi bilan bog‘liqto‘siqlar tizimlashtirildi. Tadqiqot natijasida korporativ boshqaruv samaradorligini oshirishga xizmat qiluvchiraqamli ekotizim modelini shakllantirish bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqildi. Ushbu takliflar yirik xo‘jaliksubyektlarining raqobatbardoshligini ta’minlashda muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi.
