Abstract

Ushbu maqolada Xorazm viloyatini 2026–2030-yillarda barqaror rivojlantirish uchun mualliftomonidan ishlab chiqilgan “Potensial–Samaradorlik–Barqarorlik” (PSB) strategiya modeli ilmiy asoslanadi.Model uchta ketma-ket bosqichni qamrab olib, har bir bosqich uchun miqdoriy maqsadlar, mas’ul tuzilmalarva monitoring ko‘rsatkichlari belgilangan. ISI (Industrial Sustainability Index) formulasi ISI = α·F + β·S + γ·E+ δ·T va DEA samaradorlik koeffitsiyentlari asosida 2030-yilga prognoz ko‘rsatkichlari hisoblangan. Tadqiqot2016–2025-yillar rasmiy statistikasi asosida amalga oshirilgan
