Abstract

Ushbu maqolada aksiyadorlik jamiyatlarining to‘lov qobiliyati va moliyaviy barqarorliginingiqtisodiy mohiyati hamda xususiyatlari o‘rganilgan. Maqolada to‘lov qobiliyati va moliyaviy barqarorliktushunchalarining nazariy asoslari, ularning bir-biri bilan bog‘liqligi va farqli jihatlari tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek,aksiyadorlik jamiyatlarida moliyaviy barqarorlikka ta’sir etuvchi ichki va tashqi omillar, to‘lov qobiliyatinibaholashning asosiy usullari va ko‘rsatkichlari kabi jihatlar yoritilgan
